UK Mainland Delivery Charges

All solo bicycle orders are dispatched to UK mainland addresses attract a delivery charge of £35. Tandem cycles can be delivered at a cost of £45 to UK mainland addresses. Bikes to the Northern Ireland and other off shore UK destinations may attract a surcharge.

Please note all weights below include packaging, some items have large volumetric weights (handlebars, mudguards, rims etc) which may put them into higher postage brackets.

Small accessory orders to UK addresses weighing less than 250grams attract a delivery charge of £2.50 although very small orders under 100grams packed weight will be charged at £1.50.

Accessory orders to UK addresses weighing more than 250grams but less than 1Kg attract a delivery charge of £3.50.

Most other UK Mainland accessory orders are charged a flat rate of £5. There may be some items that exceed Parcel Forces dimension restriction the delivery cost will be shown at the shopping basket.

The Highlands, Islands, Northern Island and Channel Islands attract higher postage rates and are calculated by weight. This website will calculate the actual cost of delivery after you have added the items you would like to purchase to your shopping basket, registered as a customer and submitted a delivery address.

A Next Weekday delivery service (Not Saturday) is available for UK mainland addresses (except Scottish highlands & Northern Ireland) for £10.00 (Orders required for Next Working& Day service must be placed before 2pm).

UK Standard orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class in most cases or Parcel Force 24 if Next Weekday delivery is selected and paid for. Large deliveries and bikes are sent via Tuffnells.

All Export Deliveries

All orders dispatched to addresses outside the UK mainland will attract a variable delivery charge.

This website will calculate the actual cost of delivery after you have added the items you would like to purchase to your shopping basket, registered as a customer and submitted a delivery address.

We always use a signed for service for export orders so your order can be tracked. This does increase the cost of shipping but adds security to the safe transit of your order. The tracked service also has a quicker arrival time over the un-tracked choice.

Any orders being exported with a packed weight under 100grams will be sent un-tracked to offer a cheaper postage option for small items. If selecting the un-tracked method please be aware that this shipping method will take longer than the tracked method - anything up to 30 working days is to be expected.

If you require an express courier service we can obtain a quote for you. Please email us to request this prior to ordering with the full order information(item numbers and quantity)and delivery address details including a telephone number.

Processing Times

All orders placed via the Internet are batch processed at 09.00 and 14.00 Monday to Friday during our normal opening hours.

No orders are processed over the weekend or Bank Holidays.

Orders are normally dispatched within 1 working day of being processed.

The dispatch information will be updated in your on-line account and sent via automated email at the close of business on the day your parcel leaves us.

Stock shortages are notified as we process orders by e-mail, telephone or post (last resort only). We attempt to keep all items in stock.

Our standard mainland delivery service takes approximately 3 working days.

Export delivery times vary and are dependent on the destination country.

Deliveries are made between 0900 and 1800 hours Monday to Friday.

Most deliveries will require some one to sign for the parcel.

If the parcel is very small the postman may put it through your letterbox.

Saturday morning delivery is available (surcharge of an extra £25).

No Sunday delivery service available.

After an order has been placed, if you need to make any amendments or cancellations please do so in writing. Please email

We ask that it is in writing to minimise any risk of error or confusion. Ensure you include your web order number and contact details including a telephone number so we can contact you should any issues arise. Once the amendment is made you will be contacted to confirm.

If it is a next day order or it is urgent please also call us on 01278 441500 and provide us with your web order number so we can put your order on hold awaiting your email.
