Rub cooking oil on to the pan surface with a kitchen towel, Warm on a hob using a medium heat until the oil starts to sizzle, Leave to cool then wash and wipe clean.

Repeat this procedure from time to time to maintain the surface performance.

Do not over heat the pan when empty. Do not heat fat or oil to burning point or until it turns black as this will damage your pan.

Minor surface marks and abrasions are normal and will not affect the performance of the coating. Do not use metal knives,forks and whisks on the pan surface.

To help preserve the non stick coating we recommend using plastic, silicone or nylon cooking utensils.
